Kitsune / Questions
The system in plain language.
Short answers about Systems of Things, Veil, utilities and how everyday effort becomes understanding.
What is physical intelligence?
The ability to understand a real context well enough to act within it, experience consequence and improve the next action. Kitsune starts with lived reality, then uses digital processing where it helps.
What does physical-first mean?
The person, Place, Space, Thing and task are the source. Software supports the activity instead of replacing it. Declared intent plus digitized effort can create data agency when the participant remains in authority.
What is a SOT?
SOT means System of Things. A place and its spaces are seeded with things that give access to specific utilities through Veil. Those utilities work together through a defined data flow, with ownership and permissions governing what is captured and used.
What are Place, Space and Thing?
They form the physical context hierarchy. A Place contains Spaces. A Space contains Things. The hierarchy keeps a utility attached to the real environment it serves.
How do a private link, Veil and a Marker work together?
Veil is the spatial reader. It recognizes a marker in a place, space or thing and reveals the utility associated with it. A QR code can open Veil on your phone; the marker tells Veil which utility to reveal. The utility still follows the access conditions of its System of Things.
What is a Cartridge?
A configurable utility that can be installed into an eligible System of Things and bound to a real context. Classroom and Kitchen are reference cartridges. Their configuration and records remain with the installing system.
What is a Moment?
A bounded span of lived activity with intent, action and consequence, in a specific context. Its governing System of Things defines participation and data permissions. A Moment is not automatically a permanent record.
What does 72H Ephemeral mean?
The system’s retention policy sets a 72-hour limit from capture. Processing must not reset that clock. Findings or Perspective that may be retained have their own purpose and permissions.
What is Perspective?
A living, versioned interpretation of what a person or group learned. It keeps evidence, provenance, disagreement and revision visible instead of presenting one permanent verdict.
What is the Observatory?
The review surface where authorized Moments and Perspectives can be compared without erasing their origin. It supports inquiry and institutional learning, not ambient surveillance.
What is MER?
MER means Master Engagement Record. It brings permitted findings and engagement together with their moment, place, space, thing, goal, method, task and action. The design builds toward a reviewed record over 28 engagement days, preserving source, time, uncertainty and permissions. Perspective connects that understanding to what happens next.
What is a GBT?
GBT means Goal-Based Task. It turns a goal into a bounded piece of work by naming the intended outcome, method, tasks, owner, evidence and conditions for completion.
What is a DLA?
DLA means Data · Logic · Action. A DLA unit makes a utility’s boundaries explicit across five parts: Data, Logic, Action, Flow Map and Value Rubric. Together they show what the utility may use, how it may process it, what it may do, how activity moves and how evidenced contribution is recognized.
What is BDA?
BDA means Before–During–After. It is the recursive working loop between a person and artificial intelligence: declare intent and confirm understanding before; review and correct drift during; then review, accept, revise or continue after.
What do N.01, N.02/P.AI and N.03 mean?
These name system roles, not model brands. N.01 coordinates permitted context, processing and review. P.ai supports interpretation and human review. Utility processing follows the utility’s own defined purpose and authority.
What do Vivo and Vitro mean?
Vivo data is lived data with presence, captured in or out of a Moment. Vitro data is digital data from utilities or agent processing.
What are the public website and MY SOT?
The public website explains Kitsune’s work and public record. MY SOT—Your System of Things—is the signed-in environment for the Systems of Things and Utilities a person is authorized to use. Signing in verifies identity; it does not by itself create authority or ownership.
What is the Symbiont Mind?
The Symbiont Mind is the working relationship among a person, lived consequence, accumulated Perspective, AI processing and permissioned collective wisdom. It is not a single model or chat; continuity, physical context and human authority must survive when a processor changes.
How do the four Moment Types differ?
Private, Personal, Professional and Public keep distinct contexts and permissions. Private records stay under the individual’s control. Shared records follow the ownership and participation terms of their governing System of Things. Moving information between them does not make those permissions interchangeable.
What is an individualized collective?
People can develop their own Perspective and participate in shared understanding under the governing System of Things’ terms. Contributions retain provenance and attribution, with room for disagreement. Participation does not automatically disclose a person’s Private history.
How do methods and proof create value?
The method source contributes a model of action. The implementer contributes the model in action. A reviewed Perspective connects them as method proof, allowing attribution, feedback or compensation to return to both without transferring ownership of either source or the implementer’s raw evidence.
How do I request access?
Request Kitchen or Classroom access through Build with Kitsune. If you already have an invitation, sign in with the Google account it was sent to and follow the invitation link. Signing in alone does not grant access.
